Members of the Innovation & Technology Caucus are dues paying members and members-elect of the Texas House of Representatives and Texas Senate who are engaged, invested, and interested in innovation and technology and want to ensure that next-generation tech innovation starts in Texas, stays in Texas, and grows in Texas.

Membership dues are $250 per term*, and terms begin after each November general election (to allow for members-elect) and last just over two-years, through the end of the elected term. To join, use the membership form to below or follow this link to our Anedot page.

Member benefits include access to information on the latest innovation and technology updates and policy initiatives in Texas and the U.S. through learning lunches at the Capitol, walk-through tours at ITc Partner facilities, policy orientations, and one-on-one meetings

Membership Dues are:

  • $100 for the remainder of the 88th Legislative Session.

Current dues last until January 2025.

The IT Caucus operates as a non-political, bipartisan legislative caucus as defined by Section 253.0341(e) of the  Texas Election Code and a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue  Code. Per our governing bylaws and state and federal law, the IT Caucus does not participate in any political  campaign activity. Unlimited personal and corporate contributions may be accepted. Donations are not tax deductible.
